Crawfish pie? Where do I sign?

Jalapeno "bottlecaps" at Crawdad's...lucky Texans, Crawdad's are as ubiquitous as trucks here. (They're at gas station and convenience stores).

What can I say? Fried food aggrees with me!

::drumroll: Crawfish pie! At a gas station of all places!

    They do look much better than the doughnuts and hotdogs they serve at gas stations here!
