After some help from people and doing a little research, I have come up with our [VERY] tentative list of where we're going and where we're eating! So far we have:

New Orleans: Willie Mae's, Jacque-Imo's Cafe, Irene's Cuisine, EAT.
Nashville: ("")
Memphis: Dyers
Atlanta: Fat Matt's Rib Shack (good luck ordering Annabel), Park 75, Colonnade
Charleston: The Buccaneer, S.N.O.B.
Savannah: Lady and Sons, Pearls Saltwater Grille, Back in the Day Bakery, Uncle Bubba's Oyster House, Mrs. Wilke's Boarding House
